Move to Begin represents the first step — the decision to start. It introduces essential Capoeira Flow mechanics, coordination, mobility, and body awareness, creating the base for all future levels.
A community-driven training experience where students learn and progress together. Flow Together builds consistency, technical understanding, and confidence through shared movement practice.
Designed for students recovering from injuries, physical limitations or fear of returning to movement. This program restores trust in the body through progressive training, emotional support, and guided recovery work.
